I have just spent a fun weekend with the Shady Pines in Dorset. We took part in literary festival in Bridport and afterwards had a sing-song in the White Horse in Lytton Cheney…they didn’t see us coming! We then visited a fantastic Permaculture organic Garden…girls on the run fun!

Really surprised and delighted to find out what happened to the girl who strummed a guitar and sang impromptu in the park in Stanhope Road Darlington. I still possess and play “One House left Standing” when I need to smile my blues away. I was at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College supposedly revising for Maths Physics and Chemistry A levels. I’ve a vague recollection I obliquely knew your boyfriend of that time.
Got an email from Bridport Art Centre tonight, I live in Beaminster and work in Bridport, to find you are performing on this saturday 10th March. Unfortunately this clashes with my 60th Birthday Bash in the Red Lion Beaminster. At least 5 of my Darlo’ mates from this era will be present.
I responded to this web site post after googling you as I was born in Debenham Suffolk.
Will you be back in Dorset another time and do you post your gigs on this website. What a blast from my past.

    • Hi Mark yes I do put my gigs up on the site …I’m working on my new album so will be out there promoting it soon.Thank you for getting in touch .Happy Birthday! Good memories of Darlington and dear Mike Coles.Take care and check back from time to time..all the best x
